Chad and Angela Grannan have a combined experience of 40 plus years in the real estate industry. Angela began her career in 1997 on the pre-purchase side of Commercial Real Estate and segued into Commercial and Residential sales. Chad began his career in the early 2000s in the Ft. Myers/Naples area and focused on Residential Real Estate working primarily with buyers. Chad also has extensive knowledge in New Construction Home Sales making him a true Buyer's Specialist in all facets of a buyer's needs. Chad and Angela have known one another since grade school and live in their South Pasadena home with two of their children and a dog.
